BINA AT GINA - THREE CURRY NIGHTS ONLY

This January, Gina transforms into her alter ego Bina for three one-off curry nights.
For three Tuesdays only, Chingford High Street is getting a full-blown Rav-style curry house, created in collaboration with three brilliant female chefs and cooks I adore.

Each night is a set 3-course menu - choose between meat or veg - all for £45, plus drinks and service charge.

Tuesday 13 January - Rav & Jaswinder Punjabi Feast

I’m teaming up with my mum, Jaz, to cook the food that shaped me.
Expect a hearty, joyfully messy, proper Punjabi feast - the dishes I grew up eating and still crave on cold nights. Think warmth, butter, spice and the full Punjabi welcome.

Tuesday 20 January - A Night with Tarunima Sinha

From 6pm onwards

I’m so excited to welcome one of the most beloved cooks I’ve ever met, Tarunima Sinha, known for her soulful Bihari cuisine. Her supper clubs famously sell out in minutes and once you taste her food, you’ll understand why.
Expect elegant, homely dishes: her beautiful chaats, homemade paneer kofta, and of course… dessert galore.

Tuesday 27 January - Thai Feast with Jane Alty

From 6pm onwards

For our final night, the incredible Jane Alty of The Begging Bowl joins us to cook up a full Thai feast at Gina. Jane makes everything from scratch - coconut cream, curry pastes, the lot. Trained by the legendary David Thompson, she’s been crafting next-level Thai food for years.
This one is not to be missed.
