There are two ways to be part of it.
Our free newsletter is for anyone who wants to keep up with what’s going on at the restaurant, from new dishes and special nights to parties, pop-ups and general Gina news.
Our paid newsletter goes a little deeper. It’s where we share the more honest realities of running an independent restaurant in today’s climate: the numbers, the decisions, the mistakes, the wins, the things we’re learning and the stuff people don’t always talk about.
